(Junior) Manager Group Executive Office (f/m/x) - 1 year limitation

We are looking for a highly motivated teamplayer who is proactive, eager to learn and enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders. If you are interested in getting a comprehensive overview and knowledge on what drives the head office of an international banking group in terms of business, business processes, governance and regulatory matters, then come and join us for a year!
 
In this role you are supposed to act proactively and largely independently in fulfilling the various responsibilities of Group Executive Office (GEO). In this function you will act as advisor and assistant to the Board of Management in a manifold of topics, especially legal and process support.

 

Your role at RBI:

 

  • Supporting and facilitating the preparation and documentation of Board of Management meetings including communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating regularly in the meetings of Board of Management, especially in the event of unavailability of the head of division
  • Managing and supporting special projects dedicated to GEO by the RBI Board of Management on a case by case basis
  • Back up and support of the head of division in various matters
  • Opportunity to review and innovate processes 

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • University degree preferably Law and Business Law or Business Administration/ Economics as well as comparable studies
  • 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • Respectful person used to work with high level managers and representatives of external entities and authorities
  • Good communicator knowing how to deal with confidential information
  • Good understanding of banking business and financial terms
  • Proactive and thinking out of the box 
  • Organizational skills and ability to learn, understand and simplify complex topics
  • Fluent German and English (working language is English)
