(Junior) Structurer Capital Markets (f/m/x)

We are seeking a highly motivated Structurer with a focus on corporate clients to join our innovative Data & Solutions team within the Capital Markets division. In this exciting role, you will contribute to the development of tailor-made solutions that help corporate clients effectively hedge interest rate and foreign exchange risks. Your mission:

• Develop and structure fixed income and foreign exchange (FX) derivatives for clients.
• Analyze market trends, economic data, and corporate balance sheets to create tailor-made solutions.
• Design and implement hedging strategies for interest rate and currency risks.
• Prepare detailed presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients on structured products and market developments.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and integrate market insights into product development.

Your core competencies:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.  
• Skilled and enthusiastic in creating client pitches and presentations.  
• Solid understanding of fixed income and FX markets.  
• Proficiency in derivatives (interest rate and FX), including swaps, cross-currency swaps, caps & floors, FX forwards, FX swaps, and options.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of balance sheets, where knowledge of IFRS 9 and hedge accounting is a plus.

• Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 2981,98 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
