AML Compliance Officer (f/m/x) for Business Compliance Solution

We started to create a holistic Compliance Product Target Architecture. A significant aspect of this is enabling stakeholders to access and utilize harmonized data. This initiative is not just a technical endeavor; it is a transformative journey towards achieving data-driven decision-making that enhances compliance and governance within our organization.
To accomplish this, we need your expertise in AML/CTF to distill complex regulations into innovative, usable compliance tools.

Your Mission

• Foster collaboration with stakeholders in Compliance, IT, and Business units to integrate best practices into our product ecosystem
• Lead the development of a greenfield product by tapping into your regulatory knowledge and affinity for new technologies
• Design and implement transaction monitoring and risk assessment solutions that proactively manage and mitigate risk within the payments sphere
• Translate complex regulatory knowledge, such as red flags and typologies, into practical, groundbreaking compliance tools
• Drive innovation within our compliance framework, setting new benchmarks for the industry

Core Competencies

• Demonstrable hands-on experience in the field of AML/CTF or similar environments
• Competence in analyzing complex data for risk anticipation and proactive solution development
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and international compliance standards
• Expertise in identifying Financial Crime and implementing preventive measures 
• Profound know-how of money laundering patterns and how to mitigate these patterns
• Capable of structuring processes to enable efficient and effective prevention of Financial Crime
• Fluency in English for effective team communication and collaboration across departments

Nice to Have

• A genuine interest in IT product functionality and its application in compliance and risk management
• German skills or other CEE/CIS languages
