Assistant (f/m/x) - Legal Services

The division Legal Services is in charge of all legal matters concerning RBI. Our goal is to handle a maximum number of cases in-house, and we are therefore constantly dealing with a broad variety of legal issues in a way that is comparable to working in a law firm.

This open position involves qualified and challenging support of the division with a wide range of assistance and operational tasks.

What you can expect:


•    Supporting legal experts in their respective tasks
•    Administration of records, forms, files, and timetables
•    Account management (executing payment transactions, controlling of bills and payments)
•    Management of the approval process for legal costs, billing, and related monitoring
•    Organisation of meetings, seminars, and other events as well as business trips
•    Handling of contract signings 
•    Input of data into databases and internal systems 
•    Taking care of technology and telecommunications 
•    Communicating both externally (e.g. with customers and other counterparties, courts and other public authorities) and internally (e.g. with colleagues of other divisions and RBI Group companies)
•    Handling of electronic access to mail service accounts (WebERV) and of physical mail 
•    Managing of timetables, schedules and dates
•    Organising notarisations and legalisations of documents
•    Administration of legal library

 
What you bring to the table:

 

•    Commercial or equivalent education 
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Good technical knowledge and overview of the most common IT systems (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and experience with databases (SAP)
•    Readiness to get acquainted with RBI’s customized IT systems 
•    Perfect command of German and English
•    Professional experience is an advantage
•    You have passion for teamwork and a proactive and highly motivated personality
•    You have a structured and self-reliant working approach
