Assistant (f/m/x) to Group Head of CIB Client Lifecycle Management (30-38,5h/week)

Are you used to managing multiple tasks simultaneously? Are you known for your organizational skills and do you keep a clear head even in hectic moments? Do integrity, discretion and accuracy characterize your day-to-day work and come naturally to you? In this exciting position, you will work closely with the Group Head of CIB Client Lifecycle Management and significantly contribute to ensuring smooth business operations. The working hours for this position range from 30 to 38.5 hours per week.

 

Your mission at RBI

 

  • Manage the fully booked calendar of the Division Head independently and diligently.
  • Support the entire Division in organization matters, including the planning of meetings and events.
  • Prepare data and documents (e.g. documents required for SB-function) on request of Division Head in high quality and on time.
  • Control cost budget on a regular basis and process incoming invoices.
  • Act as an effective communication interface to the respective internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the teams´ and the Division Heads´ business trips, including bookings and financial settlements.
  • Maintain the relevant systems used in RBI (e.g., Sharepoint, Webdesk, Orbit).

 

Your core competencies

 

  • Completed (commercial) education or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • Good organizational skills, structured way of working and the ability to handle tasks independently
  • Highly motivated, service oriented and reliable
  • Stress resistance and ability to work efficiently even in hectic times
  • Proficient in English and German
  • MS office skills
