Associate / Associate Director (f/m/x) - Equity Capital Markets

Your mission at RBI:
- Support the origination, structuring, execution and settlement of ECM transactions, including IPOs, capital increases, ABBs, rights issues, private placements, and equity-linked offerings.
- Prepare pitch materials, valuation models, market analyses, and transaction documentation.
- Work closely with issuers to understand capital needs, strategic objectives, and investor positioning.
- Contribute to transaction marketing efforts, including drafting equity stories, analyst presentations, and investor communication materials.
- Coordinate across Investment Banking, Equity Syndicate, Legal, Settlement, Compliance and syndicate banks as well as Stock Exchanges to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Engage with institutional investors, supporting bookbuilding, feedback rounds, and allocation processes.
- Monitor ECM markets, investor flows, comparable transactions, regulatory developments, and market conditions.
- Perform detailed valuation work (market trading comps, transaction comps, DCF, sum-of-the-parts, etc.)
Your core competencies:
- Successfully completed university degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or law.
- Several years of practical experience in Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related capital markets roles.
- Good understanding of equity capital markets instruments and transaction structures (IPOs, capital increases, ABBs, rights issues, equity-linked products), including settlement processes.
- Proficient in financial modelling (Excel), familiar with valuation methods, and capable of preparing compelling pitch presentations (PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of capital markets regulations (e.g., EU Prospectus Regulation, Listing Act, MAR) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with sound analytical skills and the ability to manage complex information under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with the drive to take ownership of workstreams.
- English proficiency is required; Eastern European language skills are a plus.
