B2B Marketing Manager (f/m/x) - Temporary (12-18 months)

In this role, you will partner with various RBI Departments, particularly the CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) Customer & Products Board Areas, to plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and business events for both Austrian and international clients. Be a part of our “B2B-Marketing and Events” team within Group Marketing and drive our brand's success.

 

Your role at RBI

 

  • Develop, plan and execute innovative 360° B2B Marketing campaigns, promotions, business events and other engagement measures aimed at customer retention and acquisition
  • Implement and optimize lead generation strategies, focusing on enhancing the lead management process and customer journey
  • Understand the needs of the target groups to set strategic activities that align with the Strategic Roadmap  
  • Analyze and measure campaign performance using standardized KPIs, and collaborate with the Marketing Shared Services (Digital Customer Acquisition & Data, Marketing Technology and Marketing Content) to optimize campaigns, content, and channels 
  • Plan and organize events and conferences to position RBI and engage our customers effectively
  • Act as a key point of contact for external partners and agencies 

 

Your core competencies

 

  • University degree in marketing, business management, or a related field, or equivalent professional marketing qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, event-know-how, and project management
  • Solid organizational, project management, problem-solving, and time management skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Data and insights driven approach and analytical and conceptional thinking  
  • Expertise in B2B marketing, including lead generation, content marketing, and marketing automation plans to engage and convert prospects into customers
  • Fluent in both written and verbal German and English 
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment


Nice to have

 

  • Experience or qualifications in banking, particularly in corporate banking
