Business Analyst One Finance Architecture (f/m/x)

The Department FS Banking is responsible for the Preparation of Financial Statements of RBIAG according to local GAAP (UGB/BWG) and IFRS (stand-alone). We focus on solving complex Financial Accounting & Reporting issues, analyse financial results, as well as manage and ensure a proper monthly Fast Close. The team is also responsible for a wide range of projects simultaneously arising from business and/or regulatory changes and strategic initiatives.

Your role at RBI:

• Business Analyst for our new Finance Sub Ledger (in-house solution)
• Newly design the proper Accounting & Reporting reflection of Banking Products and related Business Processes for our new Finance Subledger Solution as well as drive and support the implementation
• Analyze and define Business Events as well as new Posting Rules of the related Banking 
• Analyze and document Business requirements and new Business processes 
• Define functional specification 
• Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing and migration testing up to successful delivery of end-product 
• Facilitate working group meetings with effective presentation materials and documentation, prepare agendas and communicate to stakeholders and management
• Close cooperation across One Finance Streams 

Your core competencies:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Several years of experience in Accounting or Accounting systems in Banking/Financial Services
• Strong technical Accounting background in Banking/Financial Services
• Experience with complex Financial Banking products and their Accounting
• Proficient in Business Analysis and Application Testing in Banking/Financial Services
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, able to work independently
• Proficient in Excel & MS Office; programming skills are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and execution capabilities
• Team-player with strong communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Committed to continuous learning and growth
