Business Transformation Manager (f/m/x)
We are seeking a Business Transformation Manager with experience in leading large-scale transformations. In this role, you will co-design and implement sales and service models across multiple customer segments, lead branch transformation efforts in close partnership with HR and Operations, and measure the impact of these transformations. You will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders within the RBI head office as well as with a large international community based in 12 European markets. The person in this role will report to the Head of Human Assisted Sales & Services.
Your mission:
- Co-design and implement sales & service models for the PI, Affluent and SME segments.
- Participate in and lead branch transformation initiatives at both organizational and operational levels.
- Co-create development and growth initiatives and incentive systems for human channels (branches, sales network).
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams as part of transformation activities.
- Co-develop success metrics (KPIs) and monitor the impact of changes in human channels.
- Oversee and lead pilots, scaling of solutions, and provide knowledge transfer and support for human channels managers.
Your core competencies:
- 5+ years of experience with working in bank branches in roles such as Branch Manager and Regional Director.
- Experience in branch transformation at the managerial level (process design, operational rollouts).
- In depth knowledge of banking industry and HR process.
- Good knowledge of modern technologies used in human channels (CRM tools, omnichannel, digital sales enablement).
- Ability to manage stakeholders at various organizational levels and to lead cultural change within organisation.
