Controlling Business Partner for Capital Markets (f/m/x) - limited to 2 years

This position is located in the Group Financial Steering department, which is part of the Group CFO Area of RBI Group. The department oversees the financial performance of the RBI Group and strives to optimize the use of financial resources. It collaborates closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the entire group.

Your mission at RBI:

• Serve as a Finance single point of contact and business partner for group-wide capital markets business line
• Develop a detailed understanding of and provide comprehensive support to the respective business line
• Conduct in-depth analysis and steering impulses to senior and top management to improve the financial performance of the capital markets
• Represent Finance in strategic projects and activities related to the respective business line
• Work on various ad-hoc strategic topics and projects related to financial steering
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work with departments responsible for improving controlling methods and processes

Your core competencies:

• University degree in Finance or related field
• Proven experience in banking, preferably in finance, capital markets, treasury, or market risk
• Proactive attitude, adaptability to changing situations, and a strong desire for continuous learning and development
• Profound numerical, communication, presentation skills
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
