DevOps (f/m/x) for Retail Customer Engagement Tribe

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your mission is to integrate DevOps practices within the tribe to enhance our software delivery. You will define the optimal mix of processes and tools to help our team deliver services and applications efficiently. This role bridges development and operations, combining process, technology, and people to continuously deliver value to our retail customers.
Your mission at RBI:
- Work with development teams to align with DevOps principles and improve operational and cost efficiency
- Select AWS technologies and build a high-performing DevOps team
- Apply analytical architecture in the cloud and integrate services architecturally
- Automate data pipelines and analytical applications as well as create user stories for sprint planning
- Divide components into deployable microservices and manage code versioning
- Implement security best practices and user access management
Your core competencies:
- Proven track record as DevOps Engineer in large organizations
- Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
- Proficiency in managing and deploying cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in performance monitoring, tracing, and logging (e.g., Grafana)
- Experience in building efficient delivery pipelines and automated provisioning (IAC)
- Knowledge of the latest security standards
- English skills (min. C1 level) to convey technical details to various stakeholders
- Knowledge of German or other CEE languages is a plus

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary range starts from 60.000,- to 80.000,- EUR (basis full-time) excluding overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
