DevOps Engineer (f/m/x) - Raiffeisen Streaming Platform
Join the Raiffeisen Streaming Platform (RSP) team and help build and run the bank wide streaming platform based on Apache Pulsar. Our mission is a best in class developer experience and zero down time event streaming across the organization.

Your mission:
- Build and operate a modern streaming platform (Apache Pulsar)
- Automate build and deployment pipelines for platform components
- Extend opensource offerings with custom Kubernetes Operators
- Deep dive into Apache Pulsar, BookKeeper, ZooKeeper and related tooling
- Use AI assistants and agents to work on practical solutions
- Provide streaming expertise and troubleshooting support
- Perform operations / SRE work to keep the platform stable and secure
Core Competencies:
- Solid understanding of event streaming concepts and distributed systems
- Eg. Exposure to Apache Pulsar, Kafka, or Kinesis (end user or platform side)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
- Practical experience with AWS or similar cloud providers
- Practical experience with Kubernetes (operator development is a plus)
- Coding skills in either: Java, Python, or Go
- Strong security mindset in everyday work
- Openness to explore latest AI tech trends with us
