Executive Talent Acquisition Partner - 18-Month Contract (f/m/x)

With an ambition to shape and strengthen RBI culture, we are looking for a Group Executive Recruiter for a fixed duration of 18 months. In this role you will be empowered to develop and deliver executive talent acquisition operation and strategy. Your responsibility will be to own and drive the executive search agenda across the group of companies with direct exposure to the RBI Group Board Members as key stakeholders.

 

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Lead full-cycle hiring for senior management and board roles
  • Build trusted partnerships with RBI’s board and senior stakeholders
  • Develop search profiles and conduct targeted candidate searches
  • Manage candidate interviews and ensure a positive experience
  • Utilize innovative sourcing tools and assessment methods
  • Create and maintain executive candidate and succession pools
  • Develop strategies to engage a diverse candidate pipeline
  • Ensure recruiting aligns with D&I principles and collaborate with HR experts

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • You have an HR related academic background or extensive professional experience
  • Several years of experience in C-level recruiting, ideally including some years in a large corporate setting
  • Proven success in international recruitment, ideally in the CEE region
  • Knowledge and track record in diversity sensitive recruiting
  • Enhanced advisory skills for senior leaders on talent decisions with a collaborative approach
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and team player with expertise in strategic recruiting
  • High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of German or a CEE language will be considered as an advantage
