Group Business Continuity Manager (f/m/x)
The Group Resilience Management department is responsible for the two core teams Business Continuity Management and Physical Security in RBI Group. Paramount goal is the enablement of secure and continuous operation of business-critical processes and the prevention of business disruptions or harm to assets of RBI Group. Additionally, Group Business Continuity Management is responsible for the crisis management process throughout the RBI network.
As crucial part of RBI Group this function transforms the strategic requirements of a holistic Operational Resilience approach into operational processes as well as developing metrics and ongoing performance measurement and reporting.
You proactively address business partners to enable them to implement new business continuity processes to respond and adapt quickly to disruptions and unplanned changes. What you can expect:
- Define and implement a Business Continuity framework suitable for RBI Group to assure the necessary capabilities within Head Office and throughout RBI Group
- Assess and develop the maturity level of BCM in Head Office and in the Group
- Define suitable KPIs to measure the effectiveness of BCM and monitor them
- Definition of minimum standards and creation/maintenance of guidelines in RBI Group
- Perform necessary activities according to the BCMS-Lifecycle mainly for Austrian Subsidiaries of RBI
- Further development of the group-wide strategy for Business Continuity and Operational Resilience
- Define and implement a crisis management policy suitable for RBI Group and perform the crisis management process to RBI Group
- This function focuses on strong relationships within the RBI Security area as well as business units and relevant critical stakeholders
- Travel activities in the countries served by RBI Group
What you bring to the table:
- Solid knowledge of Business Continuity Management concepts, methodologies, technologies, and products
- Practical experience in organization/business model in a regulatory environment as well as business-related processes. Relevant experience in the financial services industry is an asset
- Strong result focus, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High ability to work in a team and work independently
- Strong coordination and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
