Head of Agile Delivery Certificates & Equity Trading (f/m/x)
In this role you will be responsible for the IT delivery and operations supporting Raiffeisen’s market-leading Certificates, Retail Bonds, and Equity Trading business. This includes overseeing IT solutions that enable innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across the CET product spectrum.
You will report to the Head of Division IT Delivery Client Facing. Your leadership will contribute to creating superior customer experience, driving our digital transformation and ensuring seamless collaboration between IT and business teams
Your mission at RBI:
- Overall responsibility for IT services and solutions supporting Certificates, Retail Bonds, and Equity Trading, including agile delivery, operations, and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to align IT delivery with CET’s strategic priorities and RBI’s strategic goals.
- Lead technology renewal and transformation initiatives, supporting CET’s reputation as frontrunner in capital markets.
- Drive the continuous development of agile teams, ensuring innovation, effective operations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Optimize IT operations management for cost efficiency and high performance, leveraging new technologies (including AI and open source) to maximize value delivery.
- Foster a culture of personal development, fulfillment, and high engagement within IT teams.
- Ensure robust IT governance, security, and cost management.
Your core competencies:
- Several years of experience and proven ability to develop and lead high-performing IT teams in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Given track record in driving IT transformation and driving digital innovation.
- Experience in IT security, governance, and cost management.
- Sound knowledge of capital markets products (certificates, bonds, equities) and of the relevant IT/technology domain is an advantage
- Communication skills stakeholder management
- Manage communication and presentation to the stakeholders of the company.
- Proficiency in both English and German (nice to have)

Competitive salary: Starting at EUR 72.000, gross p.a. excluding overtime, with market-compliant overpayment based on experience and qualifications. We are happy to discuss your actual salary in person.
