Your mission at RBI

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with RBI’s business and people goals
Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals
Oversee all internal communication efforts to foster a cohesive, informed and engaged workforce
Contribute to RBI being visible as an attractive employer internally and externally
Ensure external communication initiatives, including media relations, public relations, and brand messaging
Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and disseminate key messages
Ensure effective stakeholder management across all levels
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continually enhance strategies
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain high communication standards

Your core competencies

University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in communication roles, including leadership experience
A creative thinker capable of developing innovative communication strategies
A collaborative leader with effective interpersonal skills and proficiency in stakeholder management
Proactive in seeking continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends

Nice-to-have

Experience in the banking or financial services industry
