Your mission at RBI 

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with RBI’s business and people goals
• Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals
• Oversee all internal communication efforts to foster a cohesive, informed and engaged workforce
• Contribute to RBI being visible as an attractive employer internally and externally
• Ensure external communication initiatives, including media relations, public relations, and brand messaging
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and disseminate key messages
• Ensure effective stakeholder management across all levels
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continually enhance strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain high communication standards

Your core competencies 

• University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in communication roles, including leadership experience
• A creative thinker capable of developing innovative communication strategies
• A collaborative leader with effective interpersonal skills and proficiency in stakeholder management  
• Proactive in seeking continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends

Nice-to-have 

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
