Your mission at RBI:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with RBI’s business and people goals
• Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals
• Oversee all internal communication efforts to foster a cohesive, informed and engaged workforce
• Lead external communication initiatives, including media relations, public relations, and brand messaging
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and disseminate key messages
• Ensure effective stakeholder management across all levels
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continually enhance strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain high communication standards

Your core competencies:

• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role in large corporations
• Ability to drive and execute innovative communication strategies in an agile environment
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset and a desire to drive improvements and changes
• Self-motivated, resilience, and adaptability
• Proficient in English, facilitating effect collaboration with senior management to conceptualize and develop plans 

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Proficient in German
