IDM Developer (One Identity) (f/m/x)

Are you an experienced IDM Developer with a passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM)? Join RBI and be at the forefront of digital security innovation. 

We are seeking a driven and skilled developer to join our IAM team with a focus on One Identity solutions. Your expertise will be key in designing, implementing, and optimizing modern IAM architectures.

Your mission at RBI:

• Solution Implementation: Design, develop, and implement advanced IAM solutions using One Identity. Your technical know-how will help create secure and scalable systems.
• Workflow Automation: Customize and automate workflows with rule scripting, ensuring efficient and reliable IAM processes.
• System Integration: Integrate IAM solutions into existing IT landscapes using REST APIs and SQL, bridging the gap between new and legacy systems. 
• Technical Ownership: Take ownership of technical features, facilitate knowledge transfer, and collaborate closely with your team to drive project success. 
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with IAM trends, continuously enhancing your skills and contributing innovative ideas.
• Analytical Excellence: Lead the analysis and design of IAM solutions. Your analytical skills will help identify and resolve issues, ensuring robust and secure identity management systems. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support IAM solutions. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared, and innovation thrives.  

 Your core competencies:

• Deep hands-on experience with One Identity, particularly in customizing and workflow design.
• Technical skills in Angular, .NET (C#, VB.NET), PowerShell, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of modern IAM architectures and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics to various audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations, identify risks, and recommend effective solutions.
• Proficient knowledge of identity management, access controls and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
