IT Delivery Senior - Business Analysis
As Vienna based Business Analyst and IT Consultant for a Group CRM solution, you are responsible for breaking down diverse complex and volatile business challenges into meaningful pieces, which can be built by the team in an agile way. You are the local enabler in RBI HO, who supports the product team located in our Poland branch with local clarification, coordination tasks and local Business and IT alignments. You are part of an extended cross-functional team and work with state of the art technologies in the cloud.
Your mission at RBI
- Support the local product owners in epic and user story creation and in structuring, breaking down the backlog and decision-making.
- Creation of value-adding and meaningful documentation in strong alignment with stakeholders
- Requirements engineering and business analysis in adaptive/agile organization
- Enable the group delivery team by dealing with local implications of group requirements, local infrastructure and governance limitations. Be a value-adding enabler for our agile team
- Support agile teams during sprints
- Act as a spoc for power users
Your core competencies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and / or User Experience Design
- Very good knowledge of requirements engineering methods
- Very good communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on mentality, proactive approach
- practical experience in composing user stories and acceptance criteria
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CRM processes (in an corporate environment)

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges starting 60.000 Euro (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
