IT Service Manager (f/m/x)

Retail & Marketing Agile Delivery team is responsible for alignment of the Retail Lending processes by offering various platforms to the RBI subsidiaries. We are expanding our Lending team with a new role where you will be responsible for the daily operations of our platforms, leveraging close contact with all teams be it internal or with vendor engagement. It is a perfect opportunity to work with new technology stacks in cloud environment with close collaboration with all RBI IT teams. 

 

Your mission:

 

  • Responsibility for service and application management of relevant retail lending services 
  • Work within or next to agile set-ups covering the whole software delivery life cycle 
  • Incident, release ,vulnerability and business continuity management 
  • Involvement in IT Governance topics 
  • Cost monitoring and controlling, being a part of the yearly IT budgeting process
  • Automated monitoring and continuous improvement of processes 
  • Document important decisions and create community for best practices 
  • Acquire application specific knowledge for providing technical and process support in cloud environment 
  • Manage small initiatives for improvement of the landscape and internal way of working of the teams 
  • Work with cross-border teams from many countries 
  • Be part of a transformation towards state-of-the-art technology landscape 

  

Core Competencies:

 

  • Several years of experience as a Service Manager or similar role 
  • Ability to "make things happen" with good hands on knowledge 
  • Good communication and conflict resolution skills 
  • Basic programming and scripting skills 
  • Know how for IT operations related procedures and processes 
  • ITIL knowledge appreciated
