IT Service Manager (f/m/x)
The Core Banking Systems (CBS) department is responsible for the continuous improvement of the RBI Core Banking IT solutions, the heart of our IT landscape! We are expanding our Service Manager team in the CBS tribe organization for our Austrian business. As a Service Manager you are responsible for the daily operations of our core banking system landscape. You are in close contact with RBI IT delivery units, our data center and external vendors in order to ensure a reliable and smooth cooperation of all involved parties.
What you can expect:

Responsibility for service and application management of relevant core banking landscape services

Work within an agile tribe organization covering the whole software delivery life cycle

Incident-, release and vulnerability management
-
Be part of the yearly IT budgeting process

Cost monitoring & invoices checking

Continuous monitoring and improving of IT processes
-
Continuous improving system and process documentation
-
Acquiring application-specific knowledge for providing technical support
-
Managing small initiatives for the improvement of the CBS IT landscape
-
Coordinating and supporting activities related to business continuity / disaster recovery tests

Be part of an IT system landscape transformation towards state-of-the-art technology
What you bring to the table:
-
Several years of experience as a Service Manager preferrable in the banking industry

Ability to 'Make Things Happen' and hands on
-
Good communication and conflict resolution skills

Basic programming & scripting skills
-
Hands-on experience with RDBMS, networking concepts, IT security concepts and operating systems

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
-
English - level C1, German is an advantage
