IT Service Manager (w/m/x) - Customer Lifecycle Management Application

We are looking for a new colleague who can support our “Minerva” Team. Minerva is an application for onboarding and reviewing customers. Besides daily routines with regards to application management we are looking for someone who likes to question purpose and impact of existing processes and tools and is able to think outside the box. Our delivery teams focus on ongoing delivery of operations and innovations. We act as the interface between business units as well as internal and external solution partners.

 

Your role with us:

 

  • End-to-End Responsibility:
    • Own Service and Application Management for Customer Lifecycle Management system (Minerva)
    • Work within or alongside agile setups, covering the entire software delivery lifecycle
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Lead Incident, Release, Vulnerability, and Business Continuity Management
      Coordinate with DevOps, vendors, and compliance teams to resolve outages and prevent recurrence
  • Governance & Cost Control:
    • Participate in IT Governance topics, including cost monitoring and controlling
      Document key decisions and create a community for best practices
  • Technical & Process Support:
    • Acquiring application-specific knowledge to provide technical and process support 

 

Your core competencies: 

 

  • Experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role, preferably in banking/fintech or regulated industries
  • Basic programming and scripting skills (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • ITIL knowledge 
  • Experience in IT governance topics
  • Experience in technical and process support for IT Service (IT Operations)
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of Appian Platform preferably
  • Proficiency in English
