Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert (f/m/x)

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expert to join our team. As an IAM Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our organization’s identity and access management systems and processes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of our digital assets by managing users and access across various platforms and applications.

 

 Your role at RBI

 

  • Support the development and implementation of IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization’s information assets
  • Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of RBI's  IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define access policies, and establish user roles and entitlements
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments in the IAM realm to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements and implement innovative solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IAM processes and tools, ensuring a smooth user experience while maintaining security standards
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications   


Your core competencies

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable
  • Proven experience working as an IAM Expert or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts, methodologies, and technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of identity management, access controls, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM) principles
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing IAM solutions, such as identity and access governance (IAG) tools, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify risks, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and intrinsically motivated to stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies, continuously improve skills, take over responsibility and drive personal and professional growth
  • Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
  • Preferred experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and understanding of API integrations.
