Information & Cyber Security Officer (f/m/x)

You will play an important role in safeguarding RBI Group information assets, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving innovation in security practices. You will also drive activities to ensure that our third parties and supply chain are secure, and optimize our Incident response procedures 


Your role at RBI:

 

  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the RBI Information & Cyber Security Strategy.
  • Develop and maintain group security policies and standards based on international standards and best practice frameworks (e.g. ISO 2700x, NIST, etc.)
  • Review and interpret regulatory and supervisory requirements (e.g., EBA Guidelines, DORA) to derive actionable security requirements and contribute to regulatory reporting and audits.
  • Conduct Vendor (Third-Party) Security Assessments, analyse results, document findings, and manage remediation follow-ups to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Prepare and facilitate Incident Response Readiness exercises; design and establish incident management documentation such as playbooks, manuals, and task lists.
  • Support the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions within security processes to enhance efficiency.

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • Completed: University studies of IT / Cybersecurity, for example : Business Informatics, Security,  Regulatory law or similar.
  • Experience in IT, Information Security, IT Audit or comparable field or genuine interest in the topic.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory aspects related to information security is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, German or any language of RBI regions is an asset
  • Vendor-independent security certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, ...) are an asset.
