Infrastructure Specialist (w/m/x)

Join our Certificates & Equity Trading Tribe. At RBI, we are committed to developing and operating cutting-edge infrastructure and software solutions for our Certificates and Equity issuance and Market Making business. We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure/Data Center Administrator to play a pivotal role in operating the baseline infrastructure of our Market Making and Certificates Platforms.

As an experienced IT infrastructure / data center administrator you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the server and infrastructure landscape of our Market Making Platform and Certificates Platforms. You will collaborate closely with various IT teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure our systems meet the highest standards of performance and security. #LI-DNI

Your mission at RBI:
 

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure components in our data centers.
• Strong collaboration with internal IT, security, and business teams
• Ensure seamless and continuous operation of IT systems.
• Guarantee system availability and high performance.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support.
• Adhere to and enforce security standards and best practices.
• Perform regular system patching and upgrades

Your core competencies:
 

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and data center management
• Strong knowledge of network and routing technologies, Cisco experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in firewall technologies e.g. Checkpoint
• Familiarity with storage technologies (NetApp experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of VMware and Linux
• Basic experience with cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Keen attention to detail and strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Proficient in written and spoken English, German is an advantage
