Innovation Manager (f/m/x)

Join RBI's dynamic innovation team and play a pivotal role in transforming continuous innovation into superior customer experiences. As an Innovation Manager, you'll create and execute cutting-edge programs, facilitate creative workshops, and engage a vibrant innovation community, all while honing your skills in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. 

 

Your Mission at RBI

 

  • Develop and implement programs to support Explore and Exploit Innovation activities using existing corporate innovation frameworks. 
  • Setup, plan, and facilitate workshops to foster creativity among project teams, ensuring collaborative and forward-thinking environment. This includes room bookings, participant management, and logistics coordination. 
  • Prepare effective meetings with stakeholders and top management using excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Keep stakeholders (e.g., internal coaches) engaged and informed, connecting program participants with other departments to promote collaboration and resolve roadblocks. 
  • Engage the RBI’s internal innovation community by planning meetups and supporting large company-wide events (e.g., Innovation Day) to maintain excitement and foster a vibrant innovation culture. 
  • Serve as an Innovation Coach to guide teams through ideation and creation processes using design thinking and business modeling and provide feedback and support to enhance innovation capabilities. 

 

Your core competencies  

 

  • 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in corporate innovation   
  • University degree, ideally with a focus on innovation management, entrepreneurship, or similar fields   
  • Basic knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and other innovation principles, as well as project management 
  • Strong aptitude for design, visual concepts, and typography 
  • Excellent communications skills in English; proficiency in German and CEE languages is a plus

  • Hands-on team player with strong collaborative and project management skills
  • Experience in designing and managing the performance of corporate communication activities e.g., innovation programs  
  • Passionate about empowering employees and helping them elevate their ideas  
  • Eager to explore new perspectives, learn about innovation methods, and tap into the field of facilitating team activities
