Your role at RBI:
Join RBI's People Division as an Internal Communications Strategist, where you'll play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture aligned with RBI's goals. Collaborate with the internal communications & change management team to enhance RBI's reputation as an attractive employer.
- Strategic Communication & Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Crisis Communication: Maintain morale during challenging times.
- Leadership Communication: Facilitate transparent dialogue between leaders and employees.
- Narrative Development: Craft narratives that connect employees to RBI's vision and strategy.
- Phrasing Expertise: Use precise language to convey messages effectively.
- Communication Experience Design: Design impactful experiences across channels.
- Content Management & Multi-Channel Communication: Ensure consistency in multi-channel communications
- Employee Engagement: Boost morale and engagement through strategic communciation
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Data-driven actions: Analyze communication metrics to refine strategies.
- Future-oriented communications: Stay informed on industry trends to maintain high standards.
Your core competencies:

University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in corporate internal communication roles.

Creative thinker with innovative communication strategies.

Collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive in continuous improvement and industry trend awareness.

Skilled with digital communication tools and platforms.

Proficiency in German and English is required
