International Collections Manager (f/m/x)
Join our dynamic International Retail Risk Team at Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), where you will play a crucial role in shaping collections strategies and processes across our network banks.
We are seeking a talented Collections Manager with hands-on experience in retail collections in Austria and a passion for driving performance improvements. In this position, you will collaborate with a very international team, offering strategic guidance and operational expertise to enhance productivity and compliance.
Your role at RBI:
- Provide advanced expertise in collections across early, late, legal, and recovery units, staying updated on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with RBI Network Banks to enhance collections operations, including capacity planning and staff training.
- Develop and implement collections processes, coordinating with third-party vendors and partners.
- Co-manage procedure development with RBI Network Banks, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Guide RBI Network Banks in identifying key process metrics and quality indicators to drive performance improvements.
- Analyze collections operations to identify performance trends and provide actionable solutions for enhanced productivity.
- Optimize effectiveness and productivity through strategic interventions, budgeting, and forecasting.
Your core competencies:
- Proven work experience in retail collections within Austria, focusing on the consumer segment.
- Effective communication skills to explain complex concepts across all management levels.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to read situations and build coalitions.
- Project management skills; ability to persuade and follow up effectively.
- Fluency in both English and German (C1 level)
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and an agile mindset.
