Embark on a dynamic internship opportunity with our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, where you willimmerse yourself in the exciting world of financial markets! What you can expect:
- Supporting with market and industry analysis
- Preparing company profiles/teasers and other marketing documents regarding IPOs and CapitalIncreases
- Assisting in the preparation of pitch documents, reports, information memoranda, and datarooms
- Supporting with company valuations and benchmarking
- Coordinating/cooperating with other Raiffeisen Group companies across the CEE region
What you bring to the table:
- You have advanced studies in Business Administration or related courses (focusing on finance,accounting, investment management, and/or mathematics/statistics/physics)
- You have strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills combined with the willingness and ability to learn quickly
- You posses an ambitious, hard-working, and self-driven attitude
- You are fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in German and/or an Eastern Europeanlanguage considered advantageous
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
