Junior Controller (f/m/x) - Limited for 1 year

This position is located in the department of Group Financial Steering, which belongs to the division Group Financial Reporting & Steering (CFO Area). It provides an excellent opportunity to participate on strategic financial steering of group wide business line and work on interesting, creative and impactful projects.

 

Your role at RBI:

 

  • You will serve as a Finance contact and business partner for group wide business line
  • You will collect data, prepare reports and routine analyses to support business line activities.
  • You will prepare input and presentation materials for senior management and finance colleagues.
  • You will support strategic projects by executing defined workstreams and providing analytical assistance.
  • On top of that you will work on different ad-hoc strategic topics and projects related to financial steering in general
  • You will cooperate on budgeting and forecasting
  • You will cooperate with departments responsible for improvement of controlling methods and processes

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience in finance, controlling, reporting, consulting or a related area.
  • Analytical skills and ability to understand business context.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
  • Very good communication skills and capability to explain concepts and methods in English to people with different professional backgrounds. German and other languages are a plus
  • Team player with a knack for simplifying complex issues, eager to learn and adapt in a multicultural setting.

 

Nice To Have:

 

  • Programming skills are an advantage (e.g., R, Python, or SQL)
