Junior Controller - Planning Team (f/m/x)

This position is located in the department Group Planning, Reporting & Analysis, which belongs to the division Group Financial Reporting & Steering (CFO Area). The division ensures a stringent One Finance view on financial performance. This includes actual performance review as well as intra-year monitoring and short to long-term outlook preparation; uniting views of accounting and controlling and providing clear communication channels to all relevant stakeholders out of Finance with regards to financial performance. This division provides core input for steering decisions of RBI Group.

We are looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

 

Your role at RBI:

 

  • You support within the creation of forward-looking Group views be it the preparation of forecasts, budgets and runrate calculations
  • You read and interpret financial figures and form an opinion on its developments, considering implications on Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Internal and Regulatory Capital
  • You contribute to build new reports and analysis, as well as preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • You are part of the groupwide finance community and share best practice experience within your peer group, continuous learning is part of your job
  • You interact with multiple stakeholders involved in department activities

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • University degree in Finance or related
  • First professional working experience in financial Controlling or similar (e.g. Accounting, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in English (German and CEE languages are a plus)
  • High analytical skills, well-structured and hands-on approach
  • Proactive team player with high motivation and ambition to learn, to shape and to teach
  • Keen to work in a multicultural environment
