Junior Corporate Credit Risk Analyst (f/m/x)

Group Corporate Credit Analysis (GCCA) is the Internal Rating Agency of RBI. We are responsible for analyzing all types of corporate customers in a broad range of industries and finally assigning a risk-adequate rating to corporate customers of the bank. In addition to that we support the further development of the rating models for corporates and are deeply involved in the regulatory monitoring of these models.
 
In this job you play an important role in the assessment of the risk of our corporate customers and provide essential input for the further risk decision making process.

 

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Make spreadings of financial data of our corporate customers with support from external data platforms
  • Make risk adequate proposal for final rating and set responsible-minded signals in early-warning system and fraud prevention tool
  • Prepare and review rating statements on our corporate customers
  • Use of highly advanced technical tools in the rating process (including AI driven tools)
  • Support on fulfilling Service Level Agreements with our Networkunits in Austria and Central & Eastern Europe
  • Involvement in Department related projects on our path to a data driven organization 

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • University degree with business background (e.g. business, economics, etc.)
  • First work experience in the area of Financial Analysis (Banking industry, audit company, etc.) would be desirable
  • Good knowledge and economic understanding of accounting standards 
  • Specific industry know-how is highly welcome, but no condition
  • Very good command of English & German
  • Literacy in MS Office as must have, further IT related knowledge (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps, Python) is appreciated
  • Result-driven team player with good time-management skills
