Junior Data Analyst (f/m/x)

The DCA & Data (the A stands for Avengers) department is on a mission to transform RBI’s digital marketing and grow our customer base.  Your role at RBI

 

  • You will support our network of banks & subsidiaries when it comes to implementing and verifying proper tracking (incl. tracking pixels, event tracking, cross domain tracking, UTM parameters, etc.) for digital performance campaigns, landing pages, etc. 
  • You will combine data to create dashboards and funnel visualizations that help to evaluate campaign and ad performance for the entire group  
  • You will support colleagues within the group with individual analytics needs and build standardized dashboards for further business use    
  • You will support us in fostering a data-driven mindset by providing the data needed to make business decisions 
  • You will support various data projects within the Group Marketing Division but also across the entire banking group to improve our analytical capabilities 
  • You will align with stakeholders in- and outside of the Group Marketing Division, actively seek collaboration and opportunities to improve business performance 
  • You will work in a cross-functional and international data team and work alongside professionals in tracking, data analytics, science, and engineering 


Your core competencies

 

  • Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field 
  • Preferably you already have first experience as a Data Analyst 
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, especially Google Analytics 4 and BI tools (PowerBI) 
  • You are familiar with SQL and have experience running queries 
  • Knowledge of event-based customer interactions, A/B testing and sales funnel management 
  • A curious mind that stays on top of industry standards and trends when it comes to data and especially marketing & performance data 
  • Proactivity and the eagerness to learn while shaping our division-wide understanding of a data-driven mindset 
  • Proficiency in German & English, both written and spoken
  • First experience in marketing data departments, especially working with different analytics tools for marketing business use cases, is a plus
