Junior ICE Limit Manager (f/m/x) - 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract

Join the "Limit Management & Business Risk" team, responsible for overseeing RBI's group-wide limit management for CIB Clients. Our primary objective is to maximize limit utilization efficiency by providing up-to-date limit reporting at both the Group Level and individual Client level. In addition, we play a vital role in ensuring the seamless processing of new business requests. As a team, we maintain a neutral and collaborative stance, acting as trusted partners to all IC business stakeholders, including Relationship Management, Capital Markets, Treasury, and Risk Management.   

 

 

Your mission:

 

  • Be part of a competence center directly interacting with Account Managers/Risk Managers/Product departments and all RBI Group Risk Takers (Head Office, Network Units, Subsidiaries).
  • Perform yearly risk limit reviews for the CIB Portfolio
  • Process ad-hoc increases/decreases of Capital Markets & commercial Limits, total Risk limits and Product CAPs.
  • Preparing and analyzing limit and exposure reports.
  • Supporting & participating in internal projects to increase process efficiency e.g. new limit management system, new reporting tools.

 

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar, plus initial professional experience in banking or finance
  • Ideally first working experience in IC Business or IC Risk Area
  • IT affinity, critical & analytical thinking skills
  • Team player with an independent, well-structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • Proactive personality and ability to reinvent yourself

  • Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 2981,98 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
