The Learning Strategy Expert Centre, as part of PC&O, is responsible for the group-wide implementation and maintenance of standards related to learning & development, leadership- and performance management. To support us in our various initiatives, we are looking for a new team member for our operations stream who is excited about supporting our team, contributing ideas and striving for operational excellence.

Manage administrative and organizational duties for the Learning Strategy Team, including executing projects and maintaining the Learning Management System.

Evaluate, standardize, and document processes, while handling reporting tasks and request management.

Oversee content preparation for presentations, editorial work, and administration of the SharePoint-based intranet page.

Coordinate learning formats and support internal/external stakeholders with training- and workshop-organization.
Your core competencies

Matura or equivalent educational qualification required.

Strong ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive approach to tasks.

Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and comfortable with IT tools.

Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and a drive for innovation and process improvement.
