Junior Marketing Mailing Specialist (w/m/x)

Raiffeisen Bank International is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Mailing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on managing mailing activities, including newsletters and event communications, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailworx.

Your role at RBI:

• Newsletter Management:
  • Create, schedule, and distribute newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize future mailings.
  • Support the analysis process and provide insights for improvement.
• Marketing Automation:
  • Plan and implement automated email campaigns to enhance user engagement .
  • Support with A/B testing of automated email campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of automated email campaigns.
  • Coordinate lead management activities.
• Event Communications:
  • Manage event-related communications through Mailworx.
  • Coordinate with event planners to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Track engagement and attendance metrics to assess communication effectiveness.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to produce high-quality communications.
  • Liaise with other departments to gather necessary information for mailings and events.

Your core competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of email marketing principles and marketing automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Mailworx is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
