In the heart of this transformation, as a Junior Risk Intelligence Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of innovation and finance, crafting the future of risk analysis.
Your Mission
Your coding skills and creativity will be essential as you work to build and maintain these new risk management models. Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, build, and maintain Risk Intelligence Models using tools such as Databricks, while managing CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Implement and refine Machine Learning Models, contributing to our data science initiatives
- Work closely with risk and data experts to develop and launch new credit risk management use cases
- Keep abreast of technology trends, AI developments, and regulatory changes within the banking industry
- Embrace professional growth via hands-on projects and expert-led training sessions
Core Competencies
- Successfully completed studies in a relevant field: Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a MINT/STEM field
- Proficiency in Python, with practical knowledge of pandas, numpy preferred
- An interest in Credit Risk Management and eagerness to learn within the banking sector
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Pyspark, SQL, and Java coding environments
- Experience in AI/LLM integration and prompt engineering
- Proficient use of Databricks and other data science platforms
- German language skills are appreciated
