Junior Scrum Master (f/mX) for Cash Management

Cash Management International (CMI) is a customer facing anchor product and a significant element of RBI’s strategy to become the most recommended bank in CEE. In that context we are dealing with several international vendors and stakeholders. As a new part-time Scrum Master, you will have external and internal support to empower the different teams in the best way and continuously improve the agile set up.

Your mission at RBI:

Act as the Scrum Master for 1 or 2 cross-functional teams, ensuring the efficient running of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Focus on the well-being of the teams by addressing impediments, encouraging continuous improvement, and promoting a collaborative team environment
Assist teams in improving their autonomy, efficiency, and productivity through the application of Agile principles and practices
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-refined, prioritized, and aligned with the team's capacity and goals
Provide guidance to team members on Agile best practices and support them in their personal and professional growth
Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on stream/team goals
While your primary focus will be on the team level, you will have the opportunity to contribute to stream and tribe-level initiatives, helping to shape the broader Agile culture within our Tribe and Stream

Your core competencies

At least 1 year of work experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile set up
Basic experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering team collaboration
Sound English communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence team members and stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a supportive environment, with the potential to take on more responsibilities over time
