Junior Scrum Master (f/mX) for Cash Management

Cash Management International (CMI) is a customer facing anchor product and a significant element of RBI’s strategy to become the most recommended bank in CEE. In that context we are dealing with several international vendors and stakeholders. As a new part-time Scrum Master, you will have external and internal support to empower the different teams in the best way and continuously improve the agile set up.

 

Your mission at RBI: 

 

  • Act as the Scrum Master for 1 or 2 cross-functional teams, ensuring the efficient running of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Focus on the well-being of the teams by addressing impediments, encouraging continuous improvement, and promoting a collaborative team environment
  • Assist teams in improving their autonomy, efficiency, and productivity through the application of Agile principles and practices
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-refined, prioritized, and aligned with the team's capacity and goals
  • Provide guidance to team members on Agile best practices and support them in their personal and professional growth
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on stream/team goals
  • While your primary focus will be on the team level, you will have the opportunity to contribute to stream and tribe-level initiatives, helping to shape the broader Agile culture within our Tribe and Stream

 

Your core competencies
 

  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile set up 
  • Basic experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering team collaboration
  • Sound English communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a supportive environment, with the potential to take on more responsibilities over time
