Junior Structured Products Structurer (f/m/x) - Fixed-term, 18 months
The “Raiffeisen Zertifikate” team is the leading provider of structured products in Austria and the CEE region. With over 5,000 investment and leverage products, we enable our clients to seize market opportunities simply, competently, and quickly. We are looking for a motivated Structured Products Structurer to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term basis of 18 months.
Your role at RBI:
- Design, price, and engineer tailored structured products (notes, certificates, OTC derivatives)
- Support sales and trading teams with complex client requests and customized payoff profiles
- Monitor risk and manage product lifecycles from origination to maturity
- Automate and optimize pricing models, tools, and workflows through programming
- Act as interface between trading/structuring, IT, exchanges, market operations, and back office
Your core competencies:
- Relevant degree in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Relevant experience in investment banking, trading, or structuring (~2y is an advantage)
- Advanced skills in Excel/VBA and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or SQL
- Experience with pricing models and structured product development
- Initial experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation
- Analytical mindset, independent working style, and strong communication skills
- Fluent English; German skills are a plus

- Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 2981,98 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
