Junior Transformation Manager (f/m/x) - Credit Cards Business AT

Card Issuing is a department within Retail Payment & Daily Banking division, responsible for RBI´s credit card business on the Austrian market. We have a strong private individuals customer base and have lately completed our card portfolio with the introduction of a business product for legal entities. We strongly commit to further invest in our people, products and technology to continue shaping the Austrian (cards) payment landscape.

As a Transformation Manager, you will act as a bridge between different business and IT stakeholders in driving "Change the Bank" projects and innovation within the credit card business AT. You will closely support the Card Issuing Product Owners in business analysis and execution of the change roadmap.

 

Your mission at RBI

 

  • Cross-functional position supporting "Change the Bank" initiatives within the Card Issuing department and the RBI credit card tribe (agile setup)
  • Support Product Owners with business analysis by defining, structuring and breaking down the product backlog; analyse and document business requirements
  • Define and align epics, user stories and acceptance criteria with respective development teams
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of business requirements
  • Support executing large scale project deliveries on time and budget including individual take-over of sub-project deliveries
  • Support the implementation of best transformation practices, procedures and quality objects across the team
  • Monitor industry trends to identify business opportunities along the strategic Retail roadmap
     

Your core competencies

 

  • University degree in a relevant field 
  • First professional experience in the finance / banking industry 
  • Solid project management skills; experience with agile methods is a plus
  • Passionate to think “out of the box” to generate  best-in-class customer experience and innovation
  • Strong team player, eager to learn, combined with a hands-on attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Motivated to work in an agile and/or fast paced environment juggling multiple topics simultaneously
  • Ability to lead initiatives and able to engage with senior management
  • Good communication skills and innovative thinking
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

 

Nice to have 

 

  • Understanding of the credit card industry and card issuing value chain is a plus
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence
  • Data analysis skills
