Junior/Professional Business Compliance Officer (f/m/x)

Business Compliance is the unit within Corporate & Investment Banking Board area responsible for steering the Corporate & Investment Banking business from a material Compliance point of view. The final target is to ensure constant and sustainable business growth with counterparties in our Corporate Credit Card Business that are within our compliance risk appetite. The unit is also responsible for establishing tools to assess the clients from a material compliance perspective.

 

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Review client onboardings if the potential client and its business is in line with the pre-aligned Compliance risk appetite for Corporate Credit Cards
  • Execute and support the development of material due-diligence steps within the compliance related client life cycle management (adverse media screening, coherency screening, relationship reviews, etc)
  • Execute Business Compliance related projects in the specific areas with focus on digitalization and innovation
  • Close cooperation with various departments across the Raiffeisen Banking Group with regard to the implementation of regulatory requirements for common customers
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and preparation of data and reports

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • Experience in a financial institution’s area (Relationship Management, KYC, Business Compliance, Group Compliance)
  • Interest in regulatory and Compliance related matters
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good command of German and English
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
