Junior/Professional Certificates & Retail Bonds Sales (f/m/x)

Your mission at RBI

• Be responsible for the sales coverage of distribution partners (e.g., retail banks) in CEE for the issuance of tailor-made certificates and retail bonds.
• Deliver excellent service by professionally responding to inquiries and proactively informing distribution partners about important new issuances and current trends.
• Provide valuable input for product development, enhancement, and improvement based on customer feedback and needs.
• Create product-specific evaluations, analyses, and client pitch presentations.
• Oversee order management and handle the execution of over-the-counter orders in certificates and retail bonds using Bloomberg.

Your core competencies

• Completed studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) at a university/university of applied sciences
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of a CEE language (such as Serbo-Croatian, Czech, or Slovak) is a plus
• Customer orientation with solution-oriented thinking and proactivity
• Relevant professional experience/internships in the financial sector are an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Enthusiastic about  customer interaction and outstanding communication skills
• Team player with a willingness to learn and a structured approach to work
