Key Account Manager (f/m/x) - Group Corporates - Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT)

We are expanding our international corporate customer base in the Technology, Media & Telecom sector and are seeking a sales-driven, hands-on key account manager to join our dynamic team.

 

Our industry experts are committed, adaptable, and possess effective communication and negotiation skills. This role offers the chance to play a key part in the growth of the TMT customer segment within RBI Group and has the potential to evolve into an Industry Lead position within Group Corporates.

 

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Serve as the primary contact and representative for RBI, managing the comprehensive business relationship with group customers across all banking products offered by RBI and local RBI Network Banks
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of international and overseas clients in the TMT sector, while acquiring new customers to establish long-lasting, sustainable relationships
  • Collaborate closely with product departments, RBI subsidiaries in Austria, and RBI Network Banks to cross-sell and up-sell products; lead and coordinate deal teams within RBI Austria and across borders with Network Banks
  • Present new deals and credit applications to decision-makers, effectively managing risk within the customer portfolio. •    Prepare credit applications and liaise with the risk department
  • Monitor financing transactions and clients’ creditworthiness, ensuring close cooperation with product departments and Network Units on centralized solutions and deal structures
  • Actively prepare for and participate in joint meetings, events, and conference calls

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • Several years of sales/relationship management experience in corporate banking
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking products and financial services
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German and any CEE language is a plus
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, along with analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with a high customer and service orientation
  • Affinity for the TMT sector
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
  • Willingness to travel
