Your role at RBI

 

 

  • You will work closely with different stakeholders within the RBI group and other Raiffeisen entities to execute their market research projects.
  • You will be independently managing various market research projects from setting up a questionnaire, to analysis, reporting and presentation.
  • You will provide expertise benefiting all company areas and partners.
  • You will get the chance to contribute to different areas of banking market research, covering diverse topics.
  • You will support Group Marketing on becoming even more efficient, we aim to have a straightforward approach when it comes to market research.
  • You will contribute to shaping our understanding of customers even further.
  • You will join our multicultural team, profiting from insights of other disciplines such as marketing strategy, digital marketing, branding and campaigning and contribute to up our marketing game with your Market Researcher skills.

 

Your core competencies

 

  • University degree with a focus on market research, sociology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in market research in a company or market research agency.
  • Proficiency in market  research methods, statistics, and tools (e.g., MS Excel, SPSS, MS Forms or other online questionnaire software).
  • Enjoy preparing and structuring documents/presentations and working with figures.
  • Confident, assertive, independent, and results oriented.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Proactivity and the eagerness to learn combined with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.
