Mid-Level Art Director (f/m/x) - Maternity Leave replacement for 20 months

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Develop a consistent brand communication in global campaigns, applying the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute of Marketing Science method, shaping the future of Raiffeisen Bank International.
  • Develop, produce and deliver groupwide marketing campaigns, including brand building campaigns and sales campaigns, which shall consistently comply to Brand Guidelines and Marketing Communication Platform across all channels and formats.
  • Adapt layouts in various formats for both print and digital touch points, including on- and offline campaigns, websites, social media channels, newsletters, app stores, brochures, product sheets, reports, and others.
  • Manage photo and video productions related to our campaigns.
  • Ensure high creative quality in the team and from external suppliers working on outsourced projects, which could include creative agencies, freelancers, printers, or consultants.
  • Support optimizing and automating mechanical tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Support the team using the latest AI tools on the creative field.
  • Support on photography retouching and color correction.
  • Maintain an organised structure for all our digital assets on our digital asset management platform.
  • Work in both English and German in the international Brand & Content Marketing team, within RBI’s Group Marketing Division, ensuring good relationships cross teams.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the RBI Group to ensure project success for both B2C and B2B target groups.

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • At least 3 years of related work experience preferably in a creative agency, having worked on campaign conceptions and productions, branded communication, and brand identity, ensuring a consistent implementation of brand guidelines.
  • Master in Adobe CC, Figma and other software related to design.
  • Other than being able to design and art direct, you bring at least one more expertise related to the role, such as 3D modeling capabilities, illustration capabilities, motion design capabilities, etc.
  • Ability to plan, structure, and execute projects from concepting until delivery.
  • Strive for creative excellence, have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude, empower others to do the same, and have proven capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements for application:

 

  • Portfolio including at least two creative campaigns highlighting your role, one branding project, one example of illustration, poster design or motion design showing your technical skills, and one art director case study explaining your contribution.
  • German and English skills at least on level C1.
  • Interest in AI
