Mid Level Videographer (f/m/x)

 Your role at RBI    

 

  • work on video production (shoot, lightening, cut, colour grading, edit, and sound design) for internal and especially external communication, including campaign ads for a variety of channels.
  • work on creating and applying motion graphics for internal and especially external communication, including campaign ads for a variety of channels.
  • concept campaign ideas, create storyboards on your own, define timelines and execute video production as well as post-production including motion graphics, ensuring high level creative quality from start to finish. 
  • create content ensuring a relevant and strong storytelling.
  • maintain digital assets on our digital asset management platform.
  • work mostly in English and sometimes in German, in the international Brand & Content Marketing team, within RBI’s Group Marketing Division, ensuring good relationships cross teams.
  • collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the RBI Group to ensure project success for both B2C and B2B target groups.


Your core competencies

 

  • at least 4 years of related work experience preferably in a creative agency, having worked on video shoots, motion graphics, pre- and post-production for international campaigns and branded communication, ensuring a consistent implementation of brand assets. 
  • master Adobe CC (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Lightroom), as well as Figma and other softwares related to video, photo editing tools, and motion graphics. 
  • strive for creative excellence, have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude, empower others to do the same, and have proven capability to work in an agile fast-paced environment.
  • you are organized and proactive.
  • fluent English, can communicate clearly and objectively.

 

Nice to have

 

  • 3D modeling capabilities (Blender or Cinema 4D).
  • Fluent German.
  • You have proven capability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Completed higher education on at least Bachelor level.

 

Requirements for application

 

  • Portfolio with at least 3-4 examples showcasing your technical video capabilities (shoot, lightening, cut, colour grading, edit, and sound design) and motion graphics skills.
  • Experience in video production and ability to create storyboards on your own, define timelines and execute video production and post-production.
