Mobile Banking Leader (f/m/x)

We are looking for servant leader for our Mobile Banking Team who will spearhead the strategic transformation of our mobile banking services. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile app technologies and trends combined with a strong banking background. You will be responsible for the mobile banking app strategy of the group along with the implementation of strategic group initiatives across a federated environment with multiple banking apps. #LI-DNI

 

Your Role at RBI:

 

  • Develop and execute a vision for a unified mobile banking experience, fostering the reuse and convergence of mobile applications across the organization
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of mobile app technologies and banking to identify, evaluate, and implement best practices that drive innovation and operational excellence
  • Act as a trusted advisor to various business units and subsidiaries by clearly articulating the benefits and value proposition of converged mobile solutions
  • Influence decision-makers up to C-level in a decentralized structure
  • Navigate complex environments, align diverse stakeholders, and manage change effectively. Drive consensus and adoption of new technologies and methodologies
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners across the CEE region
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, and implementation of integrated mobile banking platforms 
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the overall strategic objectives of RBI
  • Monitor market trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and integrate innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency

 

Your Core Competences:

 

  • Proven experience in mobile banking or fintech, with a strong understanding of mobile application ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in leadership roles, particularly in environments where decentralization requires persuasive communication and consensus-building
  • Deep knowledge of mobile app technologies, design and digital banking trends
  • Experience in consulting or a role that required delivering complex presentations and workshops to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise and solution architecture will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
