Off-Cycle Internship (f/m/x) - Investment Banking Division | Equity Capital Markets (H2 2026)

What to expect:
Embark on a dynamic internship opportunity with our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, where you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of equity capital markets! Gain hands-on experience in structuring and executing equity transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Capital Increases, and more, while collaborating with industry experts who will mentor you in navigating the complexities of the capital markets. This internship offers a unique chance to contribute to the growth plans of diverse companies and build valuable connections within financial communities, both locally and internationally.

These tasks are waiting for you:
- Active involvement in live transactions across the EMEA region with focus on CEE
- Assisting across all transaction workstreams (IPOs, Follow-Ons, Equity-linked) with clients, syndicate banks, advisers and investors
- Preparing of presentation materials and other marketing documents for clients and investors
- Supporting with company valuations (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions) and peer group benchmarking
- Conducting in-depth market and industry analysis
- Coordinating/cooperating with other Raiffeisen Group companies across the CEE region
We are looking for someone who:
- Active enrollment and studies in Business Administration or related courses (focusing on finance, accounting, investment management)
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the willingness and ability to learn quickly
- You possess an ambitious, hard-working, and self-driven attitude
- You are fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in German ( Eastern European language considered advantageous)
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
