Product & Service Owner (f/m/x)

RBI is seeking a passionate and experienced Product and Service Owner for our newly developed Automated Security Administration solution. Your role will be crucial in the delivery of feature requests, service provisioning, managing stakeholder relationships, enhancing communication, and driving operational excellence. #LI-NP1,true,120

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing: 

 

  • Product Accountability: Take full responsibility for our Automated Security Administration solution, including operations and innovation, following the "you build it, you run it" philosophy. Ensure stakeholder requirements are met, while maintaining compliance and security to maximize product value. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Represent and manage all stakeholders' interests, ensuring alignment with the Product Vision and backlog. 

  • Service Ownership: Ensure that all service support and delivery actions meet business needs, maintaining customer satisfaction and managing relationships with external partners like IT service providers and software developers. 

  • Service Level Management: Oversee SLA, OLA, and UC monitoring activities for assigned services. Manage changes/releases, including defining change and release policies, release planning, and reviewing change results. 

  • Incident and Problem Management: Monitor and manage all incident and problem-related activities for services, handling escalations effectively. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of services, focusing on customer needs, operational excellence, and financial perspective. 

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a single point of contact for application and service management matters, coordinating activities within the team. Lead content for IT processes and application management. 

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Experience with Agile Processes and Software Development. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and recommend effective solutions. 

  • Proven track record as a Product and/or Service Owner or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of IT processes, methodologies, and technologies. 

  • Proficient knowledge of service delivery and IT service continuity principles. 

  • Highly self-motivated and committed to staying current with the latest security trends and technologies, continuously enhancing skills, taking on responsibilities, and driving both personal and professional growth.
